The exteriors are superb thanks to the magnificent views. There is a chlorinated pool of 12 x 5 m with a depth ranging from 0.6 to 1.9 m, large gardens, two large fully furnished terraces and a lovely porch equipped with a barbecue, a table and chairs to spend great evenings.

This 280 m2 house, distributed over two levels, has three bedrooms: two on the ground floor (one triple, with a double bed and a single bed, and one double), which share the same bathroom with bath; and one double on the first floor with satellite TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating. Two cots and a folding guest bed are available on request.

The spacious and welcoming living room has two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, a fireplace, a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped and has a gas cooker. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.

The setting of this property is very quiet since Colònia de Sant Pere is not a tourist area. About 4 km away, you will find beautiful coves like Cala Na Clara, which is known for its crystal clear waters and its tranquillity. You can also take a walk or go on a boat trip. If you want to visit a beach with fine white sand, just 14 minutes by car, you will find Son Serra de Marina, which is also characterized by its crystal clear waters and its wide beach. This beach area has a restaurant which serves fresh fish. If you prefer a cultural visit, only 7 minutes by car, the village of Betlem has a chapel worth visiting.
