Swim in the 10m x 4.5m private chlorine pool, spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on the loungers or have a barbecue underneath the starry sky with your loved ones - simply enjoy your holidays! The swimming pool has a depth ranging from 0.6m to 1.8m. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

Enjoy an evening with your family in the ample living room, maybe while watching a film on the satellite-TV. If you like cooking, you can prepare all your favourite meals in the kitchen with vitro hob. Furthermore, this house features a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house comprises 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, both equipped with AC. One has a double bed and and en-suite with a bath and shower and the other offers a bunk bed. There are 2 more bathrooms, one on each floor, with a shower downstairs and with a tub on the first floor. The house features central heating. A baby cot and a high chair are available.

The urbanization of Montferrutx is a quiet place in the north of Mallorca, close to the marina. Nearby you will find magnificent beaches like Cala Na Clara with crystal clear waters or the sand beach in Colonia de Sant Pere. The fishing village is a truly romantic spot where you can have a nice stroll on the sea promenade and a sea view dinner afterwards. The natural sand beach of son Serra de Marina is about 15 minutes by car. Big supermarkets and all necessary amenities for your stay can be found in Can Picafort.
