Welcome to this Mallorcan house for up to 6 people, located in Calonge, less than a 10-minute drive from the beach.
Outside the property, you can enjoy the 11 x 5 m chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 m, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. For families with children, a child safety fence can be installed around the pool upon request. There is also a convenient outdoor shower next to the pool. In addition, the house features a porch, perfect for preparing a barbecue with your companions and enjoying meals outdoors.

The interior is arranged on a single floor, and the living room is equipped with a Smart TV and two comfortable sofas where you can relax after a full day exploring the island. The dining area opens onto the kitchen, which is equipped with air conditioning and a gas hob. It also has all the necessary utensils so you can cook just as you would at home. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. When it is time to rest, there are three bedrooms: the first has a double bed; the second has two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe; and the third has a double bed, also with air conditioning and a wardrobe. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, serve the house, and there are also two fans for added comfort.

Its location combines the authentic atmosphere of a Mallorcan village with proximity to some of the island’s best beaches. Just a few minutes away by car is Cala d’Or, known for its coves with pale sand, turquoise waters, restaurants, shops and a wide range of leisure activities. We recommend visiting Mondragó Natural Park, one of the island’s most attractive protected natural areas. You can also visit other charming towns such as Santanyí, Portocolom or Porto Petro and enjoy their local markets and Mediterranean cuisine.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
