Surrounded by forest and mountains, this cottage rests in a 6.850m2 plot near Costitx and surprises by a wonderful infinity pool. It is just perfect for 8 people.
The natural, well-kept garden is home to a few chickens. During hot summer days, you may fancy a bath in the 8m x 4m chlorine infinity pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.85m. After sunbathing on one of the four loungers, take a refreshing exterior shower or have a tasty barbecue with friends. A nicely furnished porch is a dreamy place for dinner or a nice glass of wine. During fresh autumn nights, you may use the stove while sitting outside. The entrance is comprised by a lovely terrace with flowers. This house has no direct neighbours and the plot is fenced.

Indoors, this villa marries traditional cottage style with cosy elegance, providing wooden furniture and a comfortable living-dining room with wood stove, satellite-TV and A/C. The cottage style kitchen is well equipped, featuring A/C and a vitro hob. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with double bed, one with a double bed and A/C and the third one with a bunk bed and a desk. The fourth bedroom, located on the first storey, comprises one double bed and A/C. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower each -one of them located outside-. If you travel with your baby, we gladly supply a cot and a high chair. There are two electric radiators for the winter. The laundry offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Set near Costitx in the centre of Mallorca, it is in a very authentic and rural area. Costitx is nice for a walk, having a tea in a small coffee or try our cuisine. Furthermore, there is a grocery shop and a bank. As Costitx is in the centre of the island, you may hear some airplane passing by. Sineu is famous for its Wednesday Market, the most traditional one on Mallorca. If you're into golf, you may fancy practising this nice sport in Son Gual or the golf course of Puntiró. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the beautiful north coast and beaches like Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina or to the south where you can visit more beaches or the islands' capital, Palma de Mallorca.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
