Are you searching for a spacious villa with private pool in a peaceful zone, not far away from Palma centre? If it is so, the house Can Valero is the right choice for you.

The two-storey house with a size of 450 m2 offers 6 bedrooms and space for 12 persons (there are beds for 14 people, but we only accept 12). 4 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and count with ceiling fans. One of them has access to the terrace with panoramic views. This terrace is not furnished. The other 2 bedrooms on the ground floor count with a bunk bed and one double bed. 5 bedrooms come with bathroom en suite. There is a 6 bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

The whole villa emits a warm flair and it is tastefully decorated. The dining- living area is the perfect corner to read a book, watch television, listen to music or surf on the internet. There’s a fireplace for cold autumn and winter nights in the living area. Furthermore, the room comes with a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped. We installed a games room on the basement level with a billiard table and a gambling machine. On clear days you can see the whole Bay of Palma from the 1st floor.

In front of the house you will find the private salt water pool with a size of 9 x 5 meters. There is a fence around the pool to protect the youngest ones against falling into the pool. All sun lovers of you will find 10 sun beds to enjoy the Majorcan sun. Furthermore there are 2 big sun shades in the garden. The lawn measures about 200 m2 so you have enough space to bask in the sun. There’s a BBQ for your garden parties. The barbecue zone is located in the annex of the house. There you will find a kitchen and a table and seats as well. You can access the barbecue house from the main house or the garden. You can park your car in the patio.

The house is located in the small urbanization S’Aranjassa, about 15 km from the capital Palma. There are direct neighbours but the house and its installations are completely private. You reach the centre of Palma in about 15 minutes driving by car. Don’t miss to visit the Cathedral of Palma and the gardens of “Parc de la Mar”, next to the Cathedral. Take a walk through the small cobbled streets of the centre and discover the past of Palma. If you love arts you will find lots of exhibitions and arts galleries there. The big night clubs are located at the Paseo Marítim, at the harbour, but don’t forget to visit the nice bars and pubs in the centre. A wide range of restaurants and cafés invite you to try the local specialties. 3 km from the city you find the Castle “Castell de Bellver”. In 1300 they started with the construction of the castle by order of King Jaime II. During a few years, the building was used as a military jail. Today, lots of visitors enjoy every year the lovely views from the castle over the Bay of Palma.
In 10 – 15 minutes by car you will find the sand beach Playa de Palma. This lively area offers lots of leisure activities, bars, restaurants, shops, nightlife and much more. You could go there also by bus.
