Villa Cantabou

On the outskirts of Selva and at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, this beautiful villa with private pool offers accommodation for 8 people.
In the 8 x 4 metres private chlorine pool with a water depth ranging from 0.7 to 1.8 metres, you will be able to swim while admiring the wonderful views to the mountains. Surrounded by trees and greenery, it becomes the best place where you can relax and disconnect from your daily routine. You can sunbathe on any of the 4 sun loungers and then cool down under the spray of the exterior shower. A corridor leads to the great terrace boasting views to the fields, and this is ideal for a family barbecue or just with your friends. The plot is not fenced but it offers total privacy to our guests.

The house comprises two great floors. When you enter, the living - dining room invites to watch a satellite TV movie or to enjoy a good reading by the warmth of the wood stove when it is cold outside. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stovetop and oven where you can cook a great banquet. The laundry room offers a washing machine iron and ironing board. On the same ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. Then, there are three more bedrooms on the first floor. One has a double bed, another one has a bunk bed and the last one has twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with a closet and a fan. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. There are two bathroom in the house, both with a tub and one on each floor. The house is also equipped with oil central heating for the winter season.

This wonderful villa belongs to the municipality of Selva, and it is located amid Selva and other charming villages like Caimari, Binibona and Campanet, with a variety of cycling and hiking routes around. They lead to the Monastery of Lluc, La Calobra, or the subterranean springs of Campanet. The town of Selva is quiet and authentic, with traditional medieval narrow streets and some good restaurants. The nearby city of Inca offers bigger supermarkets, more restaurants, bars and all services for a nice stay. A car is needed if you want to explore not only the mountain range but also its coves like Cala Tuent, Cala Deià or Cala Estellencs. If you prefer a paradisaical sandy beach we recommend you visit Puerto de Alcudia, about 22 km away.
