Rustic property for 6 to 8 people in the urbanization of Sa Casa Blanca, near Palma de Mallorca with private pool and spectacular views to the countryside.
The house of the nineteenth century was renovated in 2016 without losing its authentic charm. You can start the day with a elaborate breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the views of the nearby hills. If it becomes too hot, you can cool down in the pool of chlorine which has a size of 10m x 5m and a depth between 1.5m and 1.8m, fenced for reasons of protection of children. A fixed barbecue allows you to prepare culinary delights outdoors. This authentic finca is fenced and there are some neighbors around.

The kitchen with dining area is well equipped, including an induction hob. Next to the kitchen there is another area where you can hold nice meals with your loved ones in a nice atmosphere - thanks to the pellet stove. A few steps lead to the bright living room with satellite TV, sofa and armchairs where you can spend time reading your favorite book. The sofa in the living room can be prepared as a bed for two additional people. The washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are in the laundry room - this is useful especially for longer stays.

Three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds, invite you to rest. Each room has its own character and all have a fan and electric radiator. Two of the bedrooms have a wardrobe while the third has a small drawer to store the clothes. A cot and high chair are available on request. Two bathrooms with shower complete the equipment.

The area of Sa Casa Blanca belongs to the town of Palma and is characterized by being very authentic . Golf lovers will find two courses nearby, Golf Son Gual and Puntiró. The house is only at a few kilometers from the airport. Every year many visitors come to the capital Palma de Mallorca and we advise you to visit La Seu Cathedral, the picturesque old town, Bellver Castle and aswell museums and art galleries. The next sandy beaches are in Can Pastilla and Playa de Palma, where you can enjoy of a large beach and all the things you might need such as restaurants, supermarkets, bars and nightclubs.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
