Country house with a great private pool welcomes 6 people in S'Aranjassa, near Palma de Mallorca.
In this house you will enjoy comfortable exterior areas where delighting with the marvellous Majorcan summer. We can start with the great chlorine 8 x 4 metres pool which has a depth that goes from 1.5 to 1.7 metres. You can sunbathe on one of the sunbeds by the pool, read a book under the parasol or have a snack at the table under the awning. Once by the house you can spend time in the fantastic terrace and the furnished porch, where you can have a cup of coffee after lunch or take a siesta on the swing seat. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The house has 200 m2 in two floors decorated in a simple but cosy way. On the ground floor you will find the living room with a sofa and armchairs where you can rest and watch satellite television while refreshing with the air-conditioning or warming up by the fireplace in the coldest days. The dining room is independent and it has capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is also independent and it is well equipped to cook during your stay. It includes a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and an auxiliary table with two chairs among others. It opens to the living room through a window. The house also features a laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A bathtub bathroom completes the ground floor. Upstairs you will find the bedrooms: one is a twin bedroom and the other two have a double bed each. One of the double bed bedrooms has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other two feature a wardrobe each. Another bathtub bathroom completes this floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the house also features central heating for the coldest days.

The house offers a good leisure equipment which includes table-top football, a billiard table and some fitness equipment like an indoor bike.

The house is 5 minutes away by car from Playa de Palma, a fine sandy beach with a great summer atmosphere. the city is also very near with its shopping centres, bars, restaurants, leisure offer. You can visit the museum of Es Baluard or the Bellver Castle. You are also near the golf course. The nearest village is Sant Jordi with basic services. For anything else, Palma is your destiny.
