The exterior of this wonderful house is ideal to enjoy the good Mediterranean weather. It offers a fabulous private chlorine pool that measures 6.50 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.10 to 1.90 meters. Next to it, you have an area with sun loungers to bask in the sun and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. The porch of the house is also furnished and equipped for a drink at the end of the day. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours.

The 2-storey house has been recently renovated with great harmony and exquisite taste. On the ground floor we find the cozy dining room with access to the garden, satellite TV, fireplace, air conditioning and a table for 6. Next to it we have the separate kitchen that has a ceramic hob. In the laundry room we also have the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. The house offers 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed and air conditioning. Two of them are on the ground floor (one with an en-suite bathroom with a shower). The third bedroom is on the first floor and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a private terrace. There is another shower bathroom on the ground floor. We can prepare a cot and a high chair for you if you are travelling with your baby.

The location of this house is perfect, between the wonderful town of Alcúdia -where you can stroll through its pretty streets and tour the medieval wall- and the lively Port of Alcúdia full of shops and restaurants and with a wonderful beach of golden sand and calm waters. The golf course in Alcanada -a few kilometers away- boasts stunning views of the bay and offers you a fun alternative during your vacation.
