This great summer house has everything you always want to spend an unforgettable vacation under the sun of the Mediterranean. The impressive pool will be the delight of young and old. After a long day at the beach, you will be wishing to come back an take a dip in the fresh water. This is a chlorine pool sizing 10 x 5 metres and its water depth ranges from 1.1 to 2.20 metres. By the pool, all of you will find your place on a sun lounger to go on revelling the good weather. The white stone terrace contrasts with the greenery, the trees and lawn, a colourful harmony matching the Mallorcan blue sky. The terrace comes next, behind the pool area and by the house, and it is furnished with a set of exterior table and chairs beneath a large parasol, the best place to enjoy your breakfast in the morning. Then we find the porch, ideal for meals outdoors since it will protect you from the sun during the day and from the dew at night. On the other side of the house there is another porch, another corner beneath the shade where you can relax with an interesting reading and a good coffee. You will also find a barbecue in the house so you can enjoy delicious grilled meats and vegetables outdoors. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

This is a spacious one storey house of 250 m2. It has a traditional and simple style that emanates from the rustic furniture, the beams and the light throughout everywhere. The great living room is equipped with comfortable sofas where you can sit and watch satellite TV while cooling down with the air conditioning. At the same time, the wood stove is perfect for the cold season. Then, we find the dining room, with a classic style and direct access to the kitchen. It has room for 6 people and it features a fireplace to be warm in the winter. The kitchen is independent and is is fully equipped: gas top, oven, dishwasher,... everything you may need to comfortably cook during your vacation. It also includes a table with 6 chairs, which is perfect for a quick breakfast, and access to the outside. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Three fantastic bedrooms are awaiting for our guests to spend their time to rest. Their simplicity is the guarantee of a quiet relax. The first bedroom has a double bed, AC and a wardrobe. The second bedroom, with a double bed too, has a wardrobe and a fan. The last bedroom has a double bed as well as a fan and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. There is another bathroom with a bath for the rest of the house. We can prepare a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The house is also perfect for the winter season because, apart from the fireplace and the wood stove, it also features central heating.

The house is located on the outskirts of sa Ràpita, in a quiet and residential environment. The town is about 1.5 km away, and it has all basic services for an independent stay, including some bars and restaurants. The most important appeal of the location is the paradisaical beaches in a few kilometres. The Arenal de sa Ràpita is the nearest beach, only 3 km away. It is characterised by the fine sand of its dune system, the pine grove behind the sand and the possibility to practice water sports. Es Trenc is about 15 km away, a paradise on earth, an extensive beach of white and fine sand and incredibly turquoise waters, the image you won't erase from your retina.
