Die Finca ist großzügig und extrem sauber. Der Außenbereich inkl. Küche ist es ebenfalls. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super nett. Sehr hilfsbereit und fürsorglich.Wir kommen ganz bestimmt nochmal!!

This magnificent villa features and a fantastic private pool and garden, is located at Inca outskirts, at the heart of the island and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
The country house has very careful exteriors, including a private chlorine pool, 8 x 4 m and 1.2 to 1.8 m depth. It is surrounded by 6 sun loungers a large lawn and garden area that, in fact, wraps around the house, making it a dream place to relax and spend time with family. There is an outdoor shower for those who want to cool off quickly, which also has hot water.The porch by the pool invites you to enjoy long evenings, perhaps accompanied by a delicious barbecue or a homemade pizza, made in the wood oven. Next to it, you find a kitchen-dining room, fully equipped with all the essential utensils, wood stove and gas stove and oven. You can access it from the house or from the pool. At the entrance of the house, there is another furnished porch where, at night, you can hear the soft concert of the pond frogs. This beautiful estate is fenced.
The interior of this one-storey house combines modern equipment with traditional Mallorcan elements, such as the natural stone wall strip in the living room, which gives character to the room. The bright living room with a wood-burning stove is open to the dining room and is a beautiful place to read, watch TV or take a little nap. A second kitchen, with beautiful views of the green garden, includes gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and has basic equipment. This villa, with AC in the living room and the bedrooms, offers two rooms with a double bed and a third with two single beds, all with wardrobe. One double bed bedroom features private bathroom with shower. In the case of travelling with a minor, we prepare you a cot and up to two high chairs. Please note that the fireplace in the room with two single beds cannot be used. Apart from the en-suite bathroom, there is another bathroom with shower and bathtub. For the colder months you have two wood stoves. The house also is provided with a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a large outdoor clothesline.
This charming property is just 3 kilometres from the city of Inca, where you'll find everything you may need for an independent holiday. If you're into tasty food, try a celler, authentic restaurants where home-made food is served. Thursday takes place the market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes, crafts and souvenirs. Inca is quite close to the Sierra de Tramuntana, where you'll be able to explore Mallorca's nature and tiny villages like Mancor de la Vall, Valldemossa, Sóller and Fornalutx. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the north coast and dreamlike beaches, for example Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia, both family-friendly and with fine grained sand. If you like sports, you can practise water sports, play golf in Pollença, cycle and hike in the mountains.

Umgeben von einem sehr schönen Garten und der Pool ist super.Wir haben die Zeit und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Auch die Eigentümer haben wir kennen gelernt. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch erreichbar falls nötig. Während unsrem Aufenthalt wurde der Pool mehrfach gereinigt, der Garten gepflegt und im Haus Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt.Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Finca Citrino sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

“Fue todo genial, nos sorprendió mucho la excelente y meticulosa limpieza de la casa tanto en el interior como en el exterior, un 12 sobre 10. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario, la cocina esta muy bien equipada, camas muy cómodas, baños bien reformados, la zona exterior muy cuca, localización muy buena y todo perfectamente cuidado. El único detalle a mejorar son los suministros en este caso la cantidad de botellas de gas butano que se quedaron un pelin cortas. La comunicación y respuesta por parte del propietario excelente, solicitamos un par de cosas antes del check in y ningún problema, respondieron rápidamente y todo facilidades.”

Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich. Wir durften trotz verfrühter Anreise unsere Koffer im Haus abstellen und konnten dann in aller Ruhe einkaufen gehen. Zudem kam die Besitzerin (immer vorbildlich mit Mundschutz) aufgrund unserer Nachfrage sofort am nächsten Tag um den Poolboden zu reinigen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Freundlichkeit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen Gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Lovely villa with everything you need for a family holiday. Kids loved spending time in the pool. Very peaceful. Great countryside views over the olive groves across to the mountains in the distance. Beautiful gardens with fruit trees- figs were ripe during our stay and was a real treat to pick and eat these straight from the tree! Loved listening to the tinkling bells on the sheep grazing nearby. The villa even has a friendly cat to keep you company in the garden. Perfectly located to explore all over the island. Shops a short drive away.

The villa is great! Close to Inca with restaurants and supermarkets and only a 5 minute drive to the motorway. The villa was very clean and tied and the outside space is amazing. The swimming pool is a decent size to! Very peaceful and the hosts were always there to answer questions. Definitely need a car and I would use the coordinates provided to find the villa as the post code takes you no where near! Also take some mosquito spray! Highly recommend this villa, we only went as a couple and it was great but could easily sleep 6 and you still wouldn’t be on top of each other.
See more Die Villa ist sehr toll und insbesondere die Aussenanlagen (Pool, Garten) sind ein Traum. Die Innenräume sind auch gut ausgestattet, wobei es leider keine Fliegengitter gibt und manche Räume schwer zu belüften sind (innenliegend). Die Villa entspricht zur Gänze den Fotos. Leider konnten wir aufgrund der Saison den Pizzaofen nicht verwenden, wobei es einen mobilen Grill gibt, welcher verwendet werden konnte. Bei Problemen gab es eine Telefonnummer und eine E-Mailadresse, bei der man binnen kürzester Zeit eine Rückmeldung erhalten hat. Etwa jeden zweiten Tag kommt kurz jemand vorbei zum Pool reinigen/Garten gießen, dies dauert jedoch nicht lang und ist nicht wirklich störend. Abgesehen davon liegt die Villa sehr ruhig und einsam und man kann die Ruhe zur Gänze genießen. Inca ist nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Zusammenfassend ist es eine tolle Unterkunft (insbesondere für den Sommer aufgrund des Pooles).
See more Ha sido una estancia de 13 dias en Agosto 2018 estupendas. La limpieza, el menaje en la cocina, el cuidado de la piscina y el jardin. Todo muy limpio y curioso. AC en habitaciones ok y finca muy tranquila. Cualquier imprevisto minimo que hemos tenido se ha solucionado rapidamente y de manera eficaz. Recomendaciones de los anfitriones muy correctas. En general ha sido muy satisfactorio y marchamos muy contentos de la estancia en Citrino. 100% recomendable
See more Wir sind vom Eigentümer ganz herzlich empfangen worden. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir von der Küchenausstattung. Die Küche innen war komplett leergeräumt. Alle Küchenuntensilien waren in der Außenküche untergebracht. Aber es fehlte am notwendigsten, z.B. gab es keine Salatschüssel, nur zwei kleine Kochtöpfe und zwei defekte Pfannen. Schneidebretter und Messer waren keine vorhanden. Nach mehreren Anrufen bei der Agentur kam jemand und hat die fehlenden Sachen gebracht. Teller und Bestecke gab es genau für 6 Personen, aber auch eher in schlechtem Zustand. Sehr angenehm war, dass die Eigentümerin nach einer Woche das ganze Haus geputzt und die Betten neu bezogen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und wenn die Küchenausstattung ergänzt bzw. erneuert wird, könnten wir das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
See more Wir waren zu viert als Familie und haben 9 Tage in der Finca verbracht. Dies war unser dritter Mallorca Aufenthalt und der zweite in dem wir eine Finca als Domizil nutzten. Die Finca ist exakt wie beschrieben, ländlich ruhig gelegen. Die Bilder sind absolut zutreffend und es wird nichts beschönigt. Es ist prinzipiell alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Bettwäsche und Handtücher). Ein größerer Besen samt Kehrgeschirr wäre noch sinnvoll. TV bekommt man nur spanische Sender rein, was uns aber völlig egal war :-) NIE GENUTZT. Das WLAN ist schnell und reicht von der Poolküche bis in den vorderen Außenbereich der Finca. Die gesamte Ausstattung (Möbel, Sanitär etc.) ist in einem guten Zustand. Das Klima innerhalb der Finca, bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur, ist sehr angenehm und kühl. Nun zum Außenbereich. Einfach traumhaft, alles sehr gepflegt und durchdacht. Der Teich, der Obstgarten, Veranda, Poolbereich mit überdachter Sitzecke... man kommt sofort in Urlaubsstimmung :-) Alle 2 Tage kommt der Besitzer gegen Abend und pflegt die Anlage und den Pool. Ein sehr netter Zeitgenosse, der Deutsch und Spanisch spricht. Sonntags wird der Rasen gemäht, alles sehr schnell, ordentlich. Keine nennenswerte Beeinträchtigung. Der Pool ist mit 4x8 Meter (hab nachgemessen ;-) ) groß genug und sauber. Die minimale Tiefe ist aber eher 1,20 Meter. Für uns kein größeres Problem, da unsere Tochter schwimmen kann. Die Frösche am schön angelegten Teich sind nachtaktiv und machen ordentlich "Musik". Uns hat das sehr gut gefallen. Alles in allem kann man in dieser Finca einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen und man ist von der ersten Sekunde an raus aus dem Alltag und genießt die Ruhe. Der Blick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge samt Sonnenuntergang ist gigantisch.
See more Wir sind letzten Oktober mit meinen Eltern und unserem 2 Monate alten Baby in der Finca zu Gast gewesen. Wir wurden herzlich von den Besitzern in Empfang genommen und die Finca hat uns sofort super gefallen. Obwohl es Oktober war, konnten wir den Pool noch nutzen, da er sich in sonniger Lage befindet. Schön ist auch der Grillplatz und der Wintergarten, wo wir abends oft zusammen gegessen haben. Die Matratzen der Betten sind gemütlich und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Auch ein Babybett wurde uns angeboten, was wir dankend angenommen haben. Die Stadt Inca ist schnell zu erreichen und dort findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir kommen wieder!

We were met at the Villa by the lovely lady owner and she could not have been more friendly and helpful. We were looking for peace and quiet just to do our own thing and this villa was perfect. Set out in the countryside with fully private pool and gardens we didnt see another person from the neighboring farms/villas. The town of Inca is only a 5 minute car journey so access to Lidl, Aldi McDs, BK and local shops is very easy. The villa has 2 full kitchens but we tended to use the one located near the pool just for the ease of outdoor dining. The rooms are very nicely equipped and all beds and furniture is comfortable. Free broadband Wifi is provided and it is good quality to stream movies and SKY TV etc. The pool is great and cleaned every couple of days by the charming garner / maintenance man who tends to pop in on an early evening to water plants / grass etc. There are absolutely no cars passing the villa as it is at the end of a wee bumpy farm track so totally safe for children. Showers are modern and powerful and hot water and Air Con work brilliantly which is not always the case in some villas. I would recommend a car but i'm sure a taxi would only be a few Euros from the town or shops. The gardens are beautiful with a lovely pond full of frogs . We would definitely go back again as the tranquility was just what we wanted.
See more The villa is in a rural location, surrounded by farmland, yet within easy reach of local shops in Inca. It gives an ideal location for some private family time. The pool is very good compared to many others, it is fully tiled, of a decent size and is well maintained. The grounds surrounding the villa are expansive and include a view of the Tramuntana mountain range. The villa itself is of a good size and is versatile. Both showers are fully tiled and have good pressure. The back kitchen is of a lovely rustic Mallorcan design and is both cosy and spacious, with views over the swimming pool. The air conditioning is a bonus and is present throughout the villa. The villa is well equipped and allows for many options for food preparation ranging from the kitchens to the outside bbq and pizza oven. The outside dining area is well positioned, to give views across the farmland to the mountains, it is of a good size and is a comfortable, relaxing place to eat. The front porch is a very nice area for some quiet, shaded time, with a large gated drive area and views of the surrounding farmland in front. The owner and family are very nice and yes, hopefully see you again one day. Overall this is one of the better villas.

Die private Finca ist trotz absolut ruhiger Lage verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die Stadt Inca, den Autobahnanschluss sowie verschiedene Supermärkte (Hipo, Aldi, Lidl) in ca. 5 Minuten. Für Fahrten nach Alcudia oder Palma benötigt man ca. 30 Minuten. Die Eigentümerfamilie ist äußerst sympathisch und bewohnt die Finca in den Wintermonaten selbst. Die großen, landestypisch und modern eingerichteten Räume sind perfekt ausgestattet. Klimaanlagen und WLAN funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Außenanlagen (großer Pool und Garten) sind sehr gepflegt und werden alle zwei Tage gereinigt oder bewässert. Wir haben unseren entspannten Urlaub sehr genossen und werden die sehr empfehlenswerte Finca im nächsten Jahr wieder beziehen. Muchas gracias Manuel, Maria y Magdalena por la agradable estancia.
See more This villa is in a magnificent quiet and private location but still close to the town of Inca.The owners are lovely and met us at the villa to welcome us and give us a guided tour. They were super friendly and had cleaned and prepared the villa to a very high standard. The rooms are large and modern with excellent showers and hot water. The aircon works ice cold in all rooms and means you can sleep well on the comfortable beds. There are 2 full kitchens and we used the one near the pool to allow us to take advantage of the outdoor dining. All appliances and tools are provided and everything worked great. The Broadband / Wifi was very good and allowed us to stream a movie and watch SKY tv on ipad etc. The pool is great and is maintained by the wee gardener who popped in every 2-3 evenings just to water plants and do a small tidy up. The garden is lovely and there is plenty of life in the large frog pond. The Villa is located down a small bumpy farm track so no passing traffic at all and totally safe for kids. Although in the country the town of Inca is only 5 minutes drive away where you can shop at Lidl, Aldi, Mcds and the local shops. The thursday market is enormous and lots of great local produce to but. There are a few nice restaurants in town and the seaside resort of Alcudia is only about 15 mins drive away if you fancy a day or night out in a busier town. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again to enjoy the sun and peaceful surroundings.
