Welcome to this magnificent rural house, for up to 6 people, located in the outskirts of Son Servera.

The exteriors are very beautiful. There is a chlorinated pool 8.5 x 4 m (with 0.8 m at the shallow end increasing to 1.8 m at the deep end), a solarium with six deck-chairs, beautiful gardens, a barbecue, and a magnificent furnished porch with unbeatable views.

This 180 m2 house, distributed over one floor, has three bedrooms (one double-bedded and two twin-bedded). All rooms are equipped with wardrobes. Two cots are available if needed. The house has two bathrooms that serve the entire house, one with a shower and one with a bath.

In the living-dining room there are two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, a fireplace, a table and chairs, and magnificent views from its large windows. The separate kitchen includes a glass-ceramic hob and is fully-equipped so you can cook without a problem. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

This property is located in a privileged area, in the east of Mallorca. The beach of Cala Millor, a very nice residential area with a wide variety of sandy beaches and coves, is just 10 km away. There is a safari and playgrounds for children. Both in Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada you will find plenty of pubs and clubs to enjoy nightlife.

Just 7 km away, you will reach the village of Son Servera, where you can visit the old town, where many restaurants, shops and entertainment venues are located. The towns of Artà and Capdepera, characterized by their medieval history, are nearby. In Porto Cristo you will find the caves of Drach.

If you love sports such as tennis, paddle or golf, this is an ideal location because Son Servera Golf, Pula Golf, Canyamel Golf, Capdepera Golf and Rotana Golf) are all within 15 km. This area has tennis and paddle clubs, too. And if you like is hiking or cycling, there are very interesting routes such as the visit to the church of Artà, Cala Ratjada lighthouse, etc.

NOTE: This apartment cannot accept groups of young customers under the age of 25. We need ID card copies of each guest to accept the booking.
