The ample plot compromises a 8 m x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 1.90 m and a spacious garden. Maybe you like to sunbathe on one of the six sun loungers, while reading a good book or enjoy a lazy afternoon on the furnished, 54 m2 porch. If you like to cook outside, there is a BBQ.

The bright interiors are nicely furnished. There is a stylish sitting-dining room with satellite television and a cosy fireplace. The modern kitchen with dining table and gas stove has everything you may need to cook up a feast. Furthermore, there is a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board. This lovely home features A/C in the living room and in all bedrooms. We gladly supply a cot and a high chair in case you travel with a baby. Additionally, this house has a treadmill, located in the garage. Last but not least, there are three double bedrooms, one of them with garden access, one shower bathroom and one bath with bath tub.

This nice cottage is located 2 km away from the town Sa Rapita, where you will find all necessary amenities for your stay. Ses Covetes has nice restaurants where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine. The dreamlike, natural beach of Es Trenc is only 2 km away and is known for its crystal clear waters and fine grained sand. The fishing village Colonia de Sant Jordi is surrounded by lots of beaches like Es Port and Ses Covetes. If you wish, you could also explore the coast of Santanyí and go to Cala S'Almonia and Caló des Moro.

There is parking space for 2 cars in the garage and 4 outdoor parking facilities.
