Welcome to this beautiful villa with magnificent views of the Tramuntana, on the outskirts of Pollença. It can accommodate 10 people.
The exterior area is very beautiful. There are spacious gardened areas; a private chlorine pool -of 9.5 x 4.5 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0.9 to 2.1 metres- perfect for a swim after sunbathing on the sunloungers; three terraces, two of them furnished; a completely equipped porch with a built-in BBQ; and beautiful views to nature.

The house comprises two floor, the main floor and the inferior (-1) level. The main floor features the living room equipped with 2 sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, fireplace and a great round dining table. Next, you'll find the kitchen, with a ceramic hob, all you need to cook and a table with chairs also for your meals. There also are 3 bedrooms. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. On the floor -1 you'll find two more bedrooms, one with double bed and an en-suite with jetted tub and independent shower and the last one with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have a closet and AC. There are 2 baby cots and 2 high-chairs available on request and also 2 more bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower on the main floor and another one with a shower outside the house. Here you'll find the washing machine and an iron and ironing board also are available. The accommodation offers oil central heating.

The location of this property is ideal and offers a variety of options to enjoy your vacation. It is important to mention the privacy and tranquility offered by the property. It is located on the outskirts of Pollença, near the entrance to the Serra de Tramuntana. At the same time, in the village of Pollença offers all the services needed during your stay. The nearest sandy beach is the Port de Pollença but we recommend you visit also Cala Boquer, Cala de Sant Vicenç, Formentor and Playa d'Escorca.
