This is a two storey, rustic style cottage located in Llubí. It offers views of the countryside and it can accommodate 4 people plus 1 extra space at no additional cost.

The exterior area of this house is charming. It has a 6x4m pool with a depth of 1.45m. The swimming pool is very special because it is environmentally friendly; what is called ecological. Ecological pools have no chemicals and water is treated by a motor that pushes it to an area with plants which treat it. For this reason, there is a small pond in this area. Around the pool there is a 9m2 paved area where you can relax in one of the 3 sunbeds available to you, or protect yourself from the sun under the umbrella at your disposal. The furnished 16m2 porch of the house is covered by vegetation, among which there is a large bougainvillea. That is the perfect place for you to enjoy endless evenings outdoors with family and friends. In this same porch area you will find the fix barbecue and you will be able to delight your guests with your best dishes. This property benefits from solar energy through panels, so it tries to respect the environment as much as possible. There are a total of 3 spots to park your vehicle and the property’s privacy is considered total.

Upon entering the house, you will find the area where the living room, dining room and the kitchen are located, all within the same space. In the living room you can relax watching satellite TV or reading a good book; and the dining room provides the ideal space to share unforgettable moments sharing meals with your loved ones. Please, take into account that the kitchen of the property does not have an oven and only has 2 gas stoves. There are a total of 2 bedrooms in this house, 1 in the GF and the 2nd in the 1stF. The GF one has 2 single beds and closets and the one on the 1stF, which is located in the garret, has 1 double bed. Take into account that the garret room is open and the roof is slanted, the lowest part measures 0.87m and the highest 2m. You have 1 extra space located on the sofa which does not involve any additional costs. The property bathroom is equipped with 1 shower. If needed, you have access to 1 crib for younger children and 1 fan.

This property is located in the town of Llubí. Among other things, this town boasts a beekeeping tradition and the remains of the Talayotic period, which we recommend visiting. Llubí is surrounded by 2 of the most important towns of the island, which are Inca and Sa Pobla. Sa Pobla, which is 8km away, is known for being one of the "vegetable gardens" of Mallorca, so you can find all kinds of high quality fruits and vegetables sold by the farmers who grow them themselves. In this town there is a market on Sundays and, there, you can find all kinds of traditional products of the island, as well as clothes and other items. Moreover, Inca, located about 14km away, is known for its leather tradition and there you will find all kinds of high quality leather goods. Thursday market is the most important market in Inca and there will have access to a great variety of local products. If you just want to enjoy a sandy beach, about 18km away there is Ca'n Picafort and there you will have the opportunity to enjoy practicing a variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis. Ca’n Picafort is known for its great tourist atmosphere, so there you have access to all amenities and entertainment both during the day and at night.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
