This charming house with private pool in Sa Rapita, welcomes 6 people.
This beautiful house of two floors has a private chlorine pool with a size of 8m x 4 m and a depth ranging between 1.00 m and 1.80 m. Surrounded by a garden with 4 chairs, it is the favorite place to be of our guests for sunbathing. The house has a furnished porch and for people who like to cook outside there is a barbecue at your disposal.
The living-dining room is equipped with AC and TV-sat. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, shares the same room with the living-dining room, where you will find all the utensils you need to cook during your holiday. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The house has three bedrooms with AC and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom is on the ground floor of the house. On the first floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. For younger guests we provide a cot and a highchair. This beautiful house has two bathrooms and a toilet. An en suite bathroom with bathtub on the first floor and a second bathroom with shower on the first floor. The toilet is located on the ground floor. Two radiators complete the equipment.
In Sa Rapita you will not only find a beautiful beach, but also all the necessary services for a pleasant stay. At the same time , the fine sandy beach of Es Trenc it is very close to the accomodation. This beach is a natural jewel, protected by its dune system, and it will surprise you with his white sand and clear waters. From Colonia de Sant Jordi you can take a boattrip to Cabrera and get to know this island protected and inhabited only by wildlife and Majorcan flora. Normally, these boats usually stop at the Blue Cave, famous for its turquoise and clear water. Aswell, in Colonia de Sant Jordi you will find a Aquarium, where you can discover the flora and marine fauna. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is about 40 minutes by car.

Finca war insgesamt okay. Laut Anzeige sollten 3 Bäder/Duschen vorhanden sein, es sind aber nur 2 Bäder/Duschen vorhanden, das 3 Bad besteht nur aus einer Toilette. Liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Badestrand Es Trenc liegt nicht weit weg.
Finca was okay overall. According to the advertisement there should be 3 bathrooms/showers, but there are only 2 bathrooms/showers, the 3rd bathroom only consists of a toilet. Located in a very quiet area. Es Trenc beach is not far away.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un séjour agréableOverall we had a pleasant stay
Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison durant 1semaine, 6adultes 1enfant. Belle maison dans son ensemble, extérieur entretenu, belle piscine. Mise à disposition d’un lit bébé et d’une chaise haute. La maison se trouve à pied à 15minutes des petits commerces (boulangerie, supérette, restaurants). Nécessité d’avoir une voiture pour se rendre aux plages alentours. Quartier au calme, cadre familial. Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un séjour agréable, manque peut être quelques équipements pour parfaire la prestation (aspirateur, machine à café, table extérieur plus grande, climatisation). Pas de contact direct avec les propriétaires mais agence de location très réactive.
We stayed in this house for 1 week, 6 adults 1 child. Beautiful house overall, maintained exterior, beautiful swimming pool. Provision of a baby bed and a high chair. The house is a 15-minute walk from small shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurants). Need to have a car to get to the surrounding beaches. Quiet neighborhood, family setting. Overall we had a pleasant stay, perhaps missing some equipment to complete the service (vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, larger outdoor table, air conditioning). No direct contact with the owners but very responsive rental agency.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft! Sehr sauberes Haus und genug Wohnraum. Der Pool war ein Traum und die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kids nach den Strandbesuchen :-) Geniales Haus für die Familie mit tollen Gastgebern! Die Strände, sowohl direkt in Sa Rapita als auch Es Trenc waren sauber und für die Familie geeignet! Von dieser Unterkunft konnten wir in alle Richtungen gute Ausflüge unternehmen (z.B Palma 35min.). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es vor Ort (2xSPAR), genialer Bäcker (Forn) als auch in ca. 15-20 min. Campos (Lidl, Drogeriemarkt Müller, etc.) Gerne wären wir hier einige Tage länger geblieben aber jeder Urlaub hat ein Ende. Eins ist aber sicher, wir werden diese Unterkunft nächstes Jahr nochmal buchen! Es war Erholung und Gastfreundschaft pur! Vielen Dank Caty (Ola Ola) und Pepe! Muchas Gracias!
We had a great vacation in this accommodation! Very clean house and enough living space. The pool was a dream and the first port of call for our kids after visiting the beach :-) Brilliant house for the family with great hosts! The beaches, both directly in Sa Rapita and Es Trenc, were clean and suitable for the family! From this accommodation we were able to go on good trips in all directions (e.g. Palma 35 minutes). There are shopping opportunities on site (2xSPAR), a brilliant bakery (Forn) and in about 15-20 minutes. Campos (Lidl, Müller drugstore, etc.) We would have liked to stay here a few days longer, but every holiday has an end. But one thing is for sure, we will book this accommodation again next year! Das Objekt und die Bilder passen zusammen, ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus. Es handelt sich um eine Siedlung mehrerer Häuser mit fast dem selben Baustiel. Die Siedlung liegt ein paar Hundert Meter vom Wasser enfernt (kein Badestrand) ist aber Problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist ein kleiner und sehr schön ruhiger Ort. Es gibt genügend Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank und Apotheke. Das Haus war sauber und in guten Zustand. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und herzlich, wir mussten nicht einmal eine Kaution hinterlegen und sie hat uns sogar einmal besucht, nach dem rechten Gefragt und uns Weintrauben aus eigener Ernte vorbeigebracht. Einziges kleines Problem Waren die Ameisen, daher ein Stern abzug.
The object and the pictures match, a really nice holiday home. It is a settlement of several houses with almost the same architectural style. The settlement is a few hundred meters from the water (no bathing beach) but can easily be reached on foot. It is a small and very quiet place. There are enough restaurants, shops, banks and pharmacies. The house was clean and in good condition. The landlady was very friendly and welcoming, we didn't even have to pay a deposit and she even visited us once, asked about the right thing and brought us grapes from her own harvest. The only small problem was the ants, so one star was deducted.
