The private salt water pool is 8m x 4m and a depth ranging from 0.4m to 1.7m. The pool features an integrated jacuzzi for your private moments of relax. The pool is fenced for a mayor security of the smallest ones. Lay down on one of the six loungers and enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun. Ample terraces are just perfect for a barbecue. Additionally, there's an outdoor shower. The fenced plot is 3500m2 and there are no direct neighbors around so you'll enjoy privacy.
A living-dining area with A/C, TV with satellite channels, DVD and modern sofa has access to a terrace. The spacious and modern kitchen is open to the living area and features a induction hob, utensils and dishwasher. There's a laundry room with dryer, washer, iron and ironing board. All three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two twins) are equipped with A/C, closet and shower bath en-suite. Two have access to a terrace. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request. Additionally, there's a toilet.
Maria de la Salut is a quiet place that forms part of the zone Pla de Mallorca. A car is absolutely necessary, first of all to go to the beach. Playa de Muro and Can Picafort Beach are 15 km from the house. On Wednesday you could visit the most traditional market in Sineu. If you visit us during spring, you can enjoy a lush green and flower covered landscape which you can enjoy by bicycle or hiking. The town center offers restaurants, grocery shops and everything else you may need for an independent stay.
