Welcome to this precious country house for 6 persons in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar.
We find this precious house on a terrain of 9.900m2 with a beautiful, chlorine infinity pool of 14m x 4m, with a maximum depth of 1,5m. The pool is surrounded by a garden with sun loungers, an umbrella, an exterior shower and a dining area. The view on the countryside and the mountains is astonishing! There is a hanging chair, to read a good book in the shadow or relax under the starry night. On the barbecue, you can prepare a tasty meal to enjoy with your family. The terrain is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.

The insides are spectacular! Modernly styled, although preserving a rustic flair, with design furniture, this 210m2 house is ground floor only. The marvellously decorated living- and dining room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, arm chairs and several poufs and counts with the same astonishing views, set by the lights of the pool, through the huge glass doors. There is a dining table for 6 and the house counts with satellite TV and wifi. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking isle with a vitro hob and all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal. The villa counts with three bedrooms with king-size bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a second bathroom with a shower, for the rest of the house. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house counts with underfloor heating for the winter.

The house is situated in a quiet area close to the sea, in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, where you will find all necessary services during your stay. It is a great area for hiking and cycling. The nearest beach is s’Illot, at 9km from the house, with fine, white sand and crystalline waters.

Note: We do not accept youth groups under 16 years for this house. We will ask for copies of all passports, to confirm any booking. Children under 16 are not permitted.
