Great and modern villa with private pool, located within an agrotourism. This is the perfect place for 4 guests to spend a "design" vacation in Sant Llorenç des cardassar.
There is nothing like refreshing and relaxing in this great chlorine pool. it sizes 8.5 x 3.6 metres and it has a depth from 1 to 1.6 metres. It also features several sunbeds to sunbathe and a parasol under which you can real a book while enjoying the good Majorcan weather. The terrace by the house is protected by a thatched roof. There you can revel lunches and dinners outdoors, and taste delicious barbecues cooked by the group "chef". This villa is located within an agrotourism where you will find other houses and villas. You have free access to the shared pool as well as other shared areas including terraces, garden, dining area and much more.

The inside is a wonder for the senses. This is a one storey house with 147 m2 decorated in a great style, with natural materials, and design furniture. When you enter you find a great space shared by the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. You can sit on the comfortable sofa at the living room, watch the satellite TV and refresh with the air-conditioning. the dining table separates the spaces and has room for 4 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and it features a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave,... The house also provides two amazing bedrooms where you can rest, both in the same style that the rest of the accommodation. Both feature a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both also present a rack for clothes. Finally, the agrotourism counts with a laundry installation for shared use with rest of the villas.

This beautiful finca is located in Sant Llorenç de Cardassar, in the Eastern Mallorca. this is a rural village with all services for an independent stay, including some restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is quite near, just 8.8 km away, in s'Illot. You can visit other nearby towns like Manacor, Cala Millor o Costa dels Pins. You will also be near the caves of Drac or Artá. Other beautiful beaches are Cala Agulla and Cala Mesquida, towards the North.

Note: We do not accept youth groups under 16 years for this house. We will ask for copies of all passports, to confirm any booking. Children under 16 are not permitted.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
