This idyllic finca comprises nearly 9.900 m2, where the closest gardens around the house transform the place into a dream-like spot thanks to the amazing private pool and the mountain views. The stone building, the light blue of the pool, the white gravel, the greenery of the lawn and the beautiful landscape are the perfect combination for our guests to rest and withdraw. You can relax on any of the 6 sun loungers or spend the morning swimming in the pool that sizes 14 x 4 metres and features a water depth from 0.8 to 1.5 metres. It also accommodates a cold water jacuzzi and the area is completed with an outdoors shower. The mobile barbecue and the chill-out terrace, covered with a thatcher roof, will be the best complement for your long entertained evenings. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The house just is spectacular thanks to the warmth of the cream tones of the design furniture. You can enter from the pool area, where an impressive living room meets you. It is equipped with TV-Sat, and DVD and CD players and it is separated from the dining kitchen by the wood stove. The kitchen features all you may need to cook your best recipes: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, etc. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms where you can rest. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with independent tub and shower. The other two bedrooms present two twin beds and one also has an en-suite shower bathroom. There is a 3rd shower bathroom available for the rest of the house. The underfloor heating an the ducted air-conditioning complete the equipment of this accommodation.

The location is perfect thanks to the peace of the area and the closeness of the town and the sea. The village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, about 2.6 km away, offers all services you may need, as well as the beach of s'Illot of crystalline water and fine sand and only 8.8 km away. But there are many others such as Cala Mesquida or Cala Anguila. If you enjoy visiting the historical centre of towns or cultural places we recommend you go to the town of Manacor or to the breathtaking caves of Drach or Hams in Porto Cristo.

Note: We do not accept youth groups under 16 years for this house. We will ask for copies of all passports, to confirm any booking. Children under 16 are not permitted.
