In this stylish house with private pool in Son Bieló (Llucmajor) 4 to 6 persons will feel like home, at only 1 km from the beach.
The 6m x 3m chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 0,6-1,7m, is for private use of our guests. On request, we can prepare a pool fence, to protect the kids. You can relax on one of the 6 sun loungers beside the pool, sunbathing or, if you prefer, slumbering in the shadow of the palm tree. The best way to start your day will be a long breakfast on the porch, with your loved ones. There is an exterior shower to freshen up or wash off the sand after a long day on the beach. The house is situated in a quiet urbanization, there are direct neighbors and the terrain is fenced.

This ground-floor house is styled in an elegant, yet functional, way. The living room, with air conditioning and a large sofa, opens up to a fully equipped dining kitchen. If you feel like cooking, you will find a vitro hob and all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. One of the two bedrooms counts with a double bed, a wardrobe and access to the terrace. The other bedroom is perfect for children, as it counts with a bunk bed, a wardrobe and a sofa-bed, in case you are staying with 5 or 6 persons. There is a bathroom with a bath tub, for general use of the house.

Situated in a quiet area of the Urbanisation Son Bieló, in the South of the island, this villa the ideal place to disconnect and relax. The nearby villages of s'Estanyol and Sa Ràpita offer any services you might need during your stay, like shops, bars and restaurants. For those who enjoy going to the beach, there is the natural paradise of Es Trenc (with its' chrystalline water and white sand which reminds us of the Carribean), the cove of s'Estalella and the beach of Sa Ràpita. Within half an hour by car you can reach the golf course of Son Antem. The capital of Mallorca is at 30 km.
