Beautiful house with chlorine pool in Son Carrió, where 6 - 7 people can be accommodated feeling at home.
This property features a large extension of fields, full of fruit trees and a wonderful garden. The garden is well cared and lively with mountain and country-side views that you can admire from the pool, and that invite to dream and disconnect. The pool, surrounded by the lawn, sizes 8 x 4 metres and its depth ranges from 1.20 to 1.50 metres. There is also an exterior shower and up to 6 sun loungers to sunbathe by a just squeezed orange juice or a glass of wine. There also is a great porch where you can organise a barbecue in total privacy. If you feel like exercising along the so called "Via Verda", located by the house, there are 6 bicycles available in the house, although you can also go on foot.

Built and decorated always having in mind simplicity and comfort, this one storey house presents a large and wonderful living room, with a wood stove, for the family rest while watching a satellite TV film. The kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, is the perfect place to cook your best recipes and have lunch all together. Both, the living room and the kitchen, have direct access to the porch. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bathrooms in total -one with a shower and the other with a bathtub-, and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms present two twin beds each and a closet, and the last bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet and access to the outside. We can place a folding bed in this last bedroom for the extra guest. A cot and a high chair also are available. Finally, three fans and up to 10 radiators complete the equipment in this accommodation.

The property is located about 2 km away from Son Carrió, a little village belonging to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar where you will find all needed services like supermarkets, restaurants, the cultural town centre and much more. The neo-Romanesque chapel of Sant Miquel is a must visit. Regarding the beaches, the beautiful beach of Cala Millor is about 5.4 km away, or you may visit the paradisaical beaches of Sa Coma or Portocristo.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
