Set in one of the most beautiful spots on Mallorca, in Caimari, this exceptional house is within a few steps of the Serra de Tramuntana. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The exteriors of this property are wonderful. The Mediterranean, lush green garden houses lots of local plants and a fish pond. The most distinguishing detail of the garden is the private, 7 x 4 m chlorine water pool, with a depth ranging from 1.1 m to 1.2 m. There are sun loungers, where you can enjoy sunbathing and a barbecue to cook outside. Next to the pool there is the terrace, a great place for al-fresco dining. Inhale the fresh air and enjoy each minute in this exceptional property!

The 260 m2 sized two storey villa has a rustic and modern style. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom comes with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a bathroom en-suite featuring a shower and a bathtub. The second bedroom has 1 double bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed. All bedrooms are air conditioned and we can supply up to two cots and high chairs upon request. Two independent bathrooms are available; one on the first floor with shower and bathtub and another with shower on the ground floor (with access from the exterior and the interior of the house). At the same time, this bathroom has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

The invitingly sitting room is a nice corner to read a book or watch TV (Satellite-TV). A few steps lead you to the dining area, where you can share laughs and talks with your family. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a gas stove. You will have access to a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. This house is equipped with central heating for the winter.

The beautiful landscape is probably the main reason you may adore this house. Caimari is situated at the bottom of the Tramuntana, which makes it perfect for trips through the mountains. You can visit the monastery of Lluc, Sa Calobra’s Bay or the Tafona of Caimari, where high-quality olive oil is produced. If the beach is what you are looking for, you can go to the north coast and have a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach Playa de Muro or explore the romantic bays of the mountains, like Cala Deià, Port de Sóller or Port des Canonge. In the centre of Caimari there are a few restaurants and a supermarket. More shops and restaurants are located in Inca and Sa Pobla.
