Welcome to this beautiful house with a private chlorine 6m x 3m swimming pool, and a depth ranging that goes from 0.90m to 1.80m, surrounded by wood and beside a barbecue and terrace area. You will love the comfortable swinging sofa, ideal to relax at the sand.

The property disposes of three wide and equipped floors, with a modern decoration style. At the main floor, there is a lovely dining-room with TV, open to the kitchen with vitro hub, and a toilet. If you go down the stairs, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom en suite with a shower. It also disposes of an independent washing area, with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.At this same floor is located the swimming pool area. If you go up to the first floor, you will find a wonderful bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en suite with a bath, and another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and access to a fantastic terrace with charming views. if you come with a seventh guest, we will provide you another extra single bed. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. For the summer, there are four fans at your service, one at every bedroom and one at the dining room.

Campanet is a little village located at the outskirts of the Sierra de Tramuntana. We highly recommend a visit to Campanet natural caves, into the mountains, which you can visit with a guide. At the village, you will find some restaurants, bars and a grocery shop. For nature lovers, the surroundings are ideal for walking trips or biking, like the famous Fonts Ufanes, undergrounded fountains that can be seen after strong rains, Lluc monastery or the legendary and idyllic Sa Calobra cove.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Note: This property cant accept under 20 years old guests, except if they travel with their parents. We need ID copies from every person to accept the reservation.
