Welcome to this beautiful, modern villa, situated in Son Bielo, S'Estanyol, in southern Mallorca. It can accommodate 12 people.
This wonderful house features a chlorine swimming pool, with a size of 5.5 m x 2 m and a depth of 0.90 m and 1.40 m. There are a huge terraces, two porches and a barbecue, to fully enjoy the plesant summer weather. Upstairs, there is a roof terrace with beautifl sea views.

The house of 300 m2 has 6 bedrooms; three on the ground floor (one with double bed and en suite bathroom, one with double bed and one with twin beds); and three on the 1st floor (one with double bed and en suite bathroom and two with twin beds each). One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms; one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor, both with shower.
It has 2 fully equipped kitchens; one with vitro stove and the other one with induction. There are also 2 living rooms; one on the ground floor, equipped with one sofa, a satellite TV and the dining area, and the other one on the 1st floor, with one sofa, two armchairs and a wood stove where to spend romantic moments with your partner. The decor is modern and comfortable, so you can feel at home from the beginning. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

The house is located in a quiet area, ideal for rest. In s'Estañol and Sa Rapita you will find all the necessary services. Between s'Estanyol and Sa Rapita you can find a different bathing areas and in only 3 km you will reach the sandy beach of Sa Rapita and the wonderful beach of Es Trenc.
We definitely recommend you to visit Palma, only 40km away, where you will find all kind of local and international shops, museums, theaters, shopping malls, water parks, etc.

NOTE: This house does not accept groups of young people (under 25 years). We need copies of the ID/passports of each person to accept the booking.
