Welcome to this spectacular rustic villa in Artà, with a wonderful garden surrounding the great pool, where up to 8 people will find their second home.
The atmosphere is full of peace, life and privacy and it can be felt in this beautiful stoned house, thanks to its well cared garden, its terraces and porches perfectly furnished, and its colourful and lively touches. The chlorine pool invites to swim every day you spend in this dreamy island. The pool sizes no less than 12 x 5 metres and the depth goes from 1 to 2 metres. It also features 8 sun loungers and an exterior shower. The por is not only the favourite corner of our guests' family meals but also the place to sit and dream sitting on the sofa and admiring the mountain views.

The house presents a strong Mallorcan character, and it counts with a large living room open to the dining area, perfect to listen to some music, watch some DVD film or satellite TV. The kitchen offers a gas stove, a corner to take an appetiser and access to the porch. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. On the same main floor there is a double bed bedroom and a shower bathroom. When you go upstairs, you find a second sitting room, a second shower bathroom, and three more bedrooms. Two of them present a double bed, and the las one has two twin beds. All rooms come with a closet but one which has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.

Artà is a village located very neat the eastern coastal area, about 10 minutes by cas from the beach of Costa dels Pins. In the centre you will find several restaurants and cafes and everything you need for your stay. The street market day you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables as well as artisan products. In Artà we find one of the most important archaeological remains, el Talayot de Ses Païsses, belonging to a more than 3000 years old settle. Regarding the beaches, sun and sand is what you will enjoy in Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida and Cala Torta.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
