In the exterior of this beautiful townhouse find cozy places to enjoy the outdoors. Especially, the main terrace has a wonderful chlorine pool, 5 x 3.5 meters and 1.5 meters deep, to cool yourself off and spend an entertaining morning. In the surrounding area, you can sunbathe on the sun loungers or prepare an exquisite barbecue.
It is a two-storey house. Downstairs, there is a functional and spacious living-kitchen-dining room, where you can watch the satellite TV while you cook on the ceramic stove and eat at the bar. There is also a bathroom with shower and a dormitory with two single beds and space to prepare a cot and a highchair. Upstairs, you gain access to another bathroom with shower and two more bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other one with a double bed. All have a wardrobe and an exit to a terrace. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board are on the terrace.
Lloseta is a true Majorcan interior village that is full of life. It has endless bars and various restaurants that offers both traditional and good meals, as well as supermarket and different shops. Moreover, it is located at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana and, therefore, it is ideal for lovers of going on an excursion, cycling, hiking, etc. In fact, one of the most recommendable excursions is the Tossals Verds one. The nearest beach is the one in Ca’n Picafort, located at only 29 km approximately.

TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
- Please do not turn on all electrical appliances at the same time in order to overcharge electric network.
- Please, remember to turn off the lights when leaving the house.
- Please use the drying rack in order to hang up the towels and do not hang up them over the balcony railing.
- Please do not deposit hot pans or pots on any place other than the cooktop.- Do not leave food outside cabinets or refrigerators in order to avoid insects inside the house.
- Do NOT eat outside cabinets or refrigerators to avoid attracting insects inside.
- Please, do not smoke inside the accommodation.
