The outside areas are charming. There is a stunning chlorinated pool of 20 x 5 m, with a depth ranging from 1.05 m to 1.85 m, a paddling pool and a jacuzzi with temperature regulator and whirlpool bath multifunction. You will also have deck-chairs, parasols and a Bali bed. There is a small playground in the garden, which is large and very well maintained with lawns, flowers and shrubs. It has breath-taking views over the surrounding countryside and the bay of Portocolom. Its proximity to the golf course Vall d'Or, just 100 m away, makes it the ideal combination.

It has a large terrace equipped with sofas, tables and chairs for you to spend great evenings while enjoying the Mediterranean fresh breeze. There is a barbecue under the 50 m2 porch.

This 657 m2 house, distributed over two floors, has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a toilet. Six of the bedrooms are double (two with double bed and en-suite bathroom and four with twin beds and en-suite bathroom) a one is single (for an extra person). They are spread over two floors: three on the ground floor and four on the lower floor (garden level). All rooms are spacious, have air conditioning and central heating, which provide a pleasant temperature in the whole house.
The house has two living rooms, one on each floor. They are comfortable and equipped with sofas and armchairs that invite you to relax by watching TV-Sat, reading a book or just resting. All rooms have excellent and high quality furniture. There is a fully- equipped dining room with a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen uses gas and is fully-equipped.

Both the possibility to do outdoor activities and the good road communication with many attractions and entertainment in the area makes it perfect to walk through the coves and beaches around. Only 15 minutes away, there are very beautiful beaches and coves, such as Portocolom or Cala Marcal. In just 20 minutes you will reach the beach of Es Trenc, Cala Sa Nau, Cala Ferrera, Cala Santanyí, Cala Figuera, etc. Within 20 km you will find two golf courses. In Felanitx you find everything you need for your vacation: banks, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
