Welcome to this wonderful villa in Montuïri surrounded by greenery. It can accommodate up to 8 people who can use its great private pool.
This impressive property has landscaped exteriors, very open and clear and a 6 x 3.5 m saltwater pool integrated into the architecture of the house. It has a water depth of 1.1 to 1.3m and invites you to relax, swim and refresh. To enjoy the sun, you can simply spread your towel on the lawn or relax on one of the 10 sun loungers. You can spend hours together on the furnished porch and for outdoor dining you have a dining table and mobile barbecue. Other sitting areas in the outdoor area give space for reading or for romantic hours. The property is fenced and absolutely private.
The rooms are spread over several floors in the main building and on one level in the annex. In the main building an entrance leads you into the well-equipped kitchen with gas stove and ceramic hob. All other utensils you need for cooking are at your disposal. A cosy dining area completes this area. Then, we gain access to a surprising living-dining room, the ideal place to watch satellite TV or take a nap next to the A/C (only heated air). From here, you can go upstairs through a spiral staircase that leads you basically to a second more cosy living room. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. You can rest in one of 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, located on the ground floor of the main building. One of the rooms is air-conditioned, has a bathroom with shower (without hydromassage function) and separate bath "en suite", access to the terrace and a dressing room. The other two bedrooms share an "en suite" shower room and only one of them has a wardrobe. A cot and high chair will be provided upon request. In the basement there is a wine cellar, although your wine can not be drunk y our guests. A toilet is accessible from the pool area. In the annex, there is a friendly living area with a sofa to relax or read, a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a shower room "en suite". In both buildings, the underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth on cold winter days.
Montuïri is a pretty and familiar town, quite central on the island, which offers a great gastronomic variety in its traditional restaurants or bars. In the centre you can also carry out your basic grocery shopping and take great walks. A visit to the neighbouring towns Algaida or Sineu is highly recommended. You can reach paradise beaches via the nearby Ma15 motorway, e.g. Es Trenc or small coves on the east or west coast.
