Villa Litos

Set in the centre of Mallorca, near Inca, this nice home features a private pool and accommodates 4 people.
The well-kept garden houses the private, 5m x 3.5m pool with a depth of 1.2m. Evenings can be spend basking in the sun on one of the four sun loungers, maybe accompanied by a cool gin-tonic. Depending on the season, you can harvest lemons, oranges and almonds in the garden. The kids will enjoy playing on the small playground. The porch is a nice spot for a BBQ with friends. This lovely house is near the city of Inca and there are a few neighbours.

Inside, there's a bright sitting room with A/C and satellite-TV where you can spend romantic moments by the fireplace. The old piano is still working and you can play serenades for your loved ones. The nicely furnished kitchen is well-equipped, including a vitro hob. The laundry offers a washer, an iron and an ironing board. The staircase in the kitchen lead to the upper floor which is inaccessible and inhabited.

One bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds are equipped with parquet flooring, closets and fans. Furthermore, there's a bath with bath tub. If you travel with a baby, we gladly supply a cot and a high chair.

This house is located on the countryside but at the same time just a few kilometres from Inca, where you'll find everything you may need during your stay. On the L'Angel Square in the centre you can go for dinner and have a drink. Inca is famous for its leather ware production and due to this you can buy high-quality shoes and bags there.

Inca is close to the Tramuntana Mountains and the region is nice for hiking, cycling and excursions to the Lluc Monastery, the Calobra Bay, Valldemossa, Sóller or Deià. The northern part of Mallorca surprises with dreamlike beaches, for example Playa deMuro, Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollensa. The latter is a very romantic spot, surrounded by the mountains.
