Wonderful and charming country house on the outskirts of Llucmajor welcomes 6 guests
You will find peace and quietness at this beautiful country house. You can take a refreshing bath in the great chlorine pool which sizes 10x5 metres and which has a depth between 1.20 and 1.40 metres. You will find a fantastic green area around it, as well as a terrace with sunbeds to sunbathe or read a book under the parasol whilst your loved ones take a dip. There is also an exterior dining area, ideal for lunches and dinners outdoors and also for barbecues. There is another lovely corner at the terrace by the house where you can have a drink in the evening, admiring the wonderful green of the feels around. From here we get into the furnished porch, another amazing place to spend quality time with your family and friends. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The house has 130 m2 in two floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and luminous living - dining room where you can rest while watching the satellite television. Besides, it features a fire place to warm up on the coldest days. The dining table has capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and it is quite well equipped including a gas hob, an electric oven and a dishwasher among others, as well as a little table to prepare breakfasts in the morning. The house is also equipped with a laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A twin bedroom with a wardrobe and a shower bathroom complete the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms. One with twin beds and the other with a double bed. Both present a wardrobe and exit to a terrace where you can admire the quiet fields around. There is also a bathtub bathroom on this floor. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. In addition, the house is equipped with central heating to enjoy the island also in the winter season!!

This house is located on the outskirts of Llucmajor, a quiet village where you will find all services for an independent stay: restaurants, shops, supermarkets,... Enjoy the lovely village centre the street market day which takes place on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays and where you can buy the local seasonal products. The house is more or less near marvellous beaches like Cala Pi or Es Trench, although the nearest one is that of s'Arenal, with a great atmosphere and all services. Finally, enjoy golf very near, at Son Antem course.
