The main house has four bedrooms, two with twin beds and two with a double bed. A double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bath and a shower. There are two additional bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The house on the 1st floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a shower en-suite bathroom. Access to this house is outside. There is air conditioning and underfloor heating in all rooms of both houses. There is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The villa is 260 meters from the Cala Serena beach in Cala Ferrera. Cala Ferrera is a small urbanisation by the sea.
