Villa Morey de s'aranjassa

This spacious finca with private pool is in S'Aranjassa, a few kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, offering a second home to 8 people.
Start your day with a refreshing bath in the 9m x 6m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.3m to 2.1m. Afterwards you may fancy basking in the sun on one of the four loungers, either under the shady pines or in the blazing sun. An exterior shower provides quick refreshment. Next to the house there's a barbecue and a dining table where the whole family finds a place to chat and laugh. This nice house is in a 3000 m2 fenced plot with mediterranean garden where the kids can play and run around. There are no direct neighbours.

The interior is a mix of old and modern furniture. The sitting-dining room with A/C, satellite-TV and a romantic fireplace invites to spend a lazy evening. The second living rooms' big windows allow a lot of light come in, ideal for reading. A fully equipped kitchen with vitro hob and dining table, as well as a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board is available.

All four bedrooms are fitted with two single beds each, on e of them on the ground floor with safety deposit box and the others on the first storey. There's A/C in two of the bedrooms on the upper floor, the remaining two have one fan each. One of the three bathrooms is en-suite and features a bathtub, the same equipment as the other two, non-en-suite baths. There's one cot and one high chair for our youngest guests and three electric radiators for the cold months.

The quiet urbanisation of S'Aranjassa is quite close to the capital Palma de Mallorca, a Mediterranean metropolis famous for the La Seu Cathedral, the Bellver Castle, the Parc de la Mar, museums and arts galleries. Besides, you can go for shopping, have some drinks or go dancing in the pubs and discotheques of the Marítimo or have a delightful dinner in the Santa Catalina Quarter. The next sand beach is called Playa de Palma, but by car you could easily go to Es Trenc, Sa Rapita, Cala Blava, Santa Ponsa, Cala Vinyes and Sant Elm. the next golf course is Son Gual. Families will enjoy a visit of Palma's Aquarium.
