Villa Morlanda

Located in S'Illot, near the beach of Cala Morlanda, this lovely house welcomes 5 - 6 guests.
This nice terraced house features a private swimming pool and an exterior shower, where you will be able to refresh yourself during the summer. The chlorine pool has a size of 5.5 m x 3 m and a depth ranging from 1.1 m to 1.5 m. Lay back on one of the two sun loungers and enjoy a lazy afternoon, maybe while reading a good book. By the pool, there is a porch with a wooden table, offering a pleasant corner to have a BBQ with friends and enjoy great al-fresco dining. A terrace on the front of the house gives access to the interior.

The comfy sitting-dining room is a nice corner for convivial evenings with friends. The most distinguishing detail of this room is the rustic dining table and the seats, all made of wood. The kitchen with gas hob offers everything you may need to cook up a feast. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the bathroom.

This homelike property has two double bedrooms and one bedroom fitted with a trundle bed, as well as a bathroom with bath tub and a toilet. The third bedroom with the trundle bed is just perfect for two kids. If you travel with a baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair. Additionally, there are three fans and two electric radiators.

The building comprises two floors and our guests have access to the lower floor. At the moment, the upper storey is closed and uninhabited. If you decide for this home, you can spend lovely holidays just 100 m from the beach of S'Illot and Cala Morlanda. The centre of S'Illot has supermarkets, bars and restaurants; in a word everything you may need during your stay. The east coast has lots of nice beaches like Sa Coma, Portocristo, Canyamel, Font de Sa Cala and Cala Bona; just to mention a few.

The natural area Punt de n'Amer is interesting because of the old watchtower Es Castell from the 17th century with stunning views over the Mediterranean and the coast. If you are searching for active holidays, you can practise golf on the golf course of Pula, hike or cycle. The nice trail Via Verde, 29 km long, connects Manacor with Artà, past Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Son Carrio and Son Servera.
