This comfortable accommodation is ideal for a pleasant stay on the beach as it is in Cala Estancia, in Can Pastilla. It offers a second home for 3 to 5 people.
This charming apartment on the ground floor has a chlorine swimming pool with a size of 7m x 4m and a depth between 1.1 m - 1.9 m. You can sunbathe on one of the five sunbeds and enjoy the beautiful weather. Next to the pool there is a glass porch, with the possibility to open the doors, which makes it a perfect place for a barbecue in family. Being in an urbanization there are direct neighbors.

Inside you will find a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV and parquet flooring. If necessary, we can prepare the double sofa bed for two additional persons. The kitchen with dining area invites you to prepare your favorite dishes and includes a gas cooker. In the laundry room you will find the washing machine, an iron and ironing board. One bedroom with double bed and one with a single bed invite you to dream. The single room has no closet, but a drawer and is attached to the double, so you do not have total privacy. It is ideal for parents with a child. The bathroom has a bathtub. This establishment welcomes you both in summer and winter, as it has air conditioning in the lounge and central heating.

If you like the beach and the sea you will like it here as the accommodation is just a few meters away from the fine sandy beach and the port, as is the Purobeach Palma, a beach club. Also, in the village of Can Pastilla there are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, everything you need during your holiday. The Palma Aquarium is a good alternative to the beach and teaches the fauna and flora of the Mediterranean. The island capital, Palma de Mallorca, is a metropolis of culture, gastronomy, nightlife and shopping. It is famous for La Seu Cathedral, Bellver Castle, beautiful flowered courtyards and the picturesque old town. You can go by car, taxi or bus. The airport is less than 3 km away.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Note: This rental can not accept clients under 20 years of age, except in cases where they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of each person's ID to accept the reservation.
