Welcome to this cozy country house in Alaró in the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains, in western Mallorca. It can accommodate 10 people.
The exterior areas offer a private chlorine pool, with a size of 9 m x 4 m and a depth of 1 m and 1.7 m. In front of the pool you can enjoy a private sauna, ideal for relaxing after a busy day, which can be used for a small fee. Around the pool you will find 8 sun loungers and a furnished porch. For the lovers of a summer open air meals, there is also another porch with a barbecue.

The house of 510 m2 is distributed over 3 floors. It has 4 comfortable bedrooms located on the 1st floor. Three have two single beds each and one have a double bed (two of them are air-conditioned and have en suite bathrom). In addition to the en suite bathrooms, there are 3 more bathrooms; one with shower on the ground floor, one with shower and bathtub on the 1st floor and a toilet on the 2nd floor. One cot and a highchair are available on request.

There is one lounge on the ground floor and one on the 2nd floor, equipped with a piano and guitar for music lovers. The dining room, with its majestic charm, features a large dining table and chairs. The independent kitchen with gas stove has all the necessary cooking utensils, and counts also with air conditioning. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also available. There is oil central heating, throughout the whole house. You can park two cars in the garage.

Alaró is a charming village, located in the Tramuntana de Mallorca. On Friday, there is a market on the square, where you can find all kinds of local products. From Alaró you can easily reach Orient, a lovely village in the mountains, ideal for hikers and mountain lovers. There are many rural routes starting in Orient. We recommend you to visit the "Castell d'Alaró" hidden in the mountains. Discover the history of the place and enjoy a delicious dinner in its restaurant.

Palma is a beautiful and friendly city, with all kinds of local and international commerces. The shopping enthusiasts will enjoy the different malls, and plenty of shops. There is variety of entertainment both night and day. During the day you can stroll through the beautiful streets of the city or walk along the promenade, visit "La Seu" (most important Cathedral of Palma) with magnificent sea views, visit different museums or art galleries, castle "Castillo de Bellver", etc. At night you will find different tapas bars, clubs, bars, pubs, etc.

By car you can reach magnificent beaches, visit nearby villages as Esporles or Valldemossa. Next to the city there are different waterparks as Aqualand, Westernpark, and you can not miss also a visit to Palma Aquarium.

NOTE: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.
