Welcome to this magnificent villa with 3 buildings situated in Cala Murada. It can accommodate 10 people + 2 extra.

The exteriors are fabulous. It has large gardens, a saltwater pool of 11 x 5.5 m, with a depth ranging from 0.3 to 1.8 m and a solarium with ten deck-chairs. There are three terraces, a fully equipped porch perfect for spending great evenings, and a fixed barbecue.

The main house (275 m2), distributed over the ground floor, has three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, all with air conditioning. There are two bathrooms with shower and one toilet that serve the entire house. Two extra sleeping places are accommodated in two single folding beds.

The living room, done in a mixture of modern and rustic styles, is very welcoming. It has a sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV, and wonderful views. The dining room is equipped with a dining table and chairs for up to 12 people. The separate kitchen is modern and fully-equipped, with a gas cooker.

Next to the house you will find a small apartment which has a living-dining room with a sofa, a coffee table, TV, a dining table with chairs, and an open-plan kitchen which uses gas. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the other side of the main house there is another small apartment equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, TV, a dining table with chairs, and a small kitchen where you cannot cook. It also has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. All rooms in the house have air conditioning. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The area of Cala Murada is a superb tourist destination located in the east of Mallorca. There are many sandy beaches and coves such as Cala Murada, Cala Domingos and Cala Falcó. In Cala Domingos, a few minutes’ drive, you will find all amenities you need for your stay. Manacor, Santanyí and Portocolom are the closest towns and where to find all kinds of shops and entertainment. Santanyí holds a food and crafts market every Wednesday and Saturday mornings makes a market. If you are into sports like golf or cycling, this area is perfect, as there is a golf course, Vall d'Or, and many routes with little traffic to enjoy cycling through Mallorcan countryside.
