This Majorcan Style house invites you to spend wonderful holidays in a genuine athmosphere. The private, 8m x 5m salt water pool has a depth between 0.6m and 1.9m. Surrounded by six sun loungers, it is a perfect place for enjoying the sun. A charming patio and nice views overlooking the village invites you to celebrate great family dinners! Maybe you fancy a tasty barbecue? After a swim in the pool you can use the exterior shower. There's another terrace on the first floor with pool and town views. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.
There's a rustic dining room, a fully-fitted kitchen with gas hob, washing machine, iron, ironing board, a shower bathroom and a sitting room with wooden oven and satellite-TV on the ground floor. A staircase leads you to the first floor with three double bedrooms and one room with a bunk bed. One bedroom offers A/C while the rest has a fan. A shower bathroom complete the equipment. There's central heating for the winter. If you come with your baby, we supply one cot and one high chair on request.
This genuine villa is located in the center of Vilafranca de Bonany which forms part of the zone Pla de Mallorca. The surroundings are basically rural, characterized by the farmers, wheat fields and old wind mills. In Vilafranca de Bonany you'll find a grocery shop, a bank, cafés and restaurants. Visit also the Wednesday market with fresh fruits and vegetables. The nearest sand beach is in Porto Cristo, but there are lots of nice beaches like Cales de Mallorca, Cala Murada or the natural beach of Cala Varques.
