The covered porch offers a welcome spot in the shade, while the terrace and barbecue invite you to enjoy leisurely meals and relaxed afternoons with family and friends. The property also features an electric vehicle charging point, making it especially convenient for guests travelling with an electric car.

The living room, with its Smart TV and fireplace, is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the island. It flows into the dining area and kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, creating a pleasant space for cooking and enjoying meals together. There are four bedrooms, all with fans. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a wardrobe, while upstairs you'll find three further bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with a pair of single beds pushed together in each. The house also has two bathrooms, one with a shower and another upstairs with a bath. A cot is available for families travelling with a baby, and the separate utility room includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
