Magnificent villa in Manacor with private pool, where 6 people find a second home.
This villa has a well-kept and landscaped exterior, which includes a superb chlorine pool of 10x4m and 0.50 to 2m deep, with protection for children and outdoor shower. It is surrounded by a large lawn area. There's a tennis court. Next to the pool, there is a chill-out area perfect for a refreshing drink. There is a barbecue area where you can prepare rich pizzas or an exquisite dinner prepared on the barbecue, and enjoy it on a wonderful porch that gives access to the house.
This two storey house has on the first floor a singular and beautiful living room with fireplace and satellite TV, open to the dining room and to the kitchen with gas stove. There is also one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, you can find another two bedrooms, with wardrobe and air conditioning, one with two single beds and one with double bed, and a bathroom with shower. Two fans and two radiators available. If traveling with babies, we can provide two cots and two high chairs free of charge. There is a separate area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is situated in a rural and agricultural area of Manacor, and just 2 km from the Reserva Rotana Golf for lovers of this sport. In the center of Manacor, you can not only go shopping but also try traditional Mallorcan food in one of its excellent restaurants. Being located very close to the road Ma-3322, you can easily access different beaches, such as the beach of Porto Cristo, Cala Magrana, Cala Romantica or Calas de Mallorca, among others. We recommend you to visit the famous Caves of the Drach.
