Das heißt man schläft entweder mit geschlossenem Fenster (was zu Hitze und Gestank durch Sinkgrube führt) oder mit offenem Fenster, was zu keiner Nachruhe wegen massenhaften Mückenstichen führt. Das Haus scheint zudem mit einer Sinkgrube zu funktionieren, so dass Toilette und Abflusssystem dazu führen, dass es in einem der Zimmer und auch auf der Terrasse unheimlich nach Abwasser stinkt. Für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt das mit Sicherheit nicht.

Welcome to this cosy house with a private pool for 4 people in the center of Mallorca in Inca.
The outdoor areas have many cosy corners surrounded by trees and plants to relax and to have quiet moments. Besides there is a 4x4-sized chlorinated pool with a depth of 1,2m. Sunbeds are provided to sunbathe and BBQ - to make delicious meals. Your children will have enough space to play in the green areas.
The house offers a living-dining room decorated in a rustic style and has a fireplace for colder months. A fully-fitted kitchen with a gas hob is equipped with all necessary cooking amenities. In washing room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 3 single beds and one with 1 single bed; so you can choose where to sleep. The bathroom comes with a bath tube and hair dryer.
This house is located in a quiet forest area, 10 minutes drive to Inca town with all the amenities. Inca is famous for its leather industry and cellers-restaurants. Here you will find many shops with genuine leather products. On Thursdays there is a local market with fresh vegetables and souvenirs which has been held since 7 centuries. The sightseeing places are the Monastery of San Bartolom and Santa Magdalena Church built on the top of a small mountain from where you can enjoy lovely island views. For those who wish to go out at night, there is a Plaza de Angel, a square with numerous bars and restaurants. In 25 minutes you will reach Port Alcudia.

3 guests reviewed this property. Die Finca war sehr sauber und alles war liebvoll vorbereitet. Es lebten Katzen dort, die mit der Zeit sehr zutraulich wurden. Leider waren die Gartenmöbel schon etwas veraltet und zwei Sonnenliegen sind unter uns zusammengebrochen, was gefährlich enden könnte. Ausserdem war das zweite Häuschen nicht unmittelbar neben dem Haupthaus, sondern etwas ab, was gerade im dunklen manchmal unschön war. Was uns am meisten gestört hat ist, dass die Wasserpumpe sehr oft ausgefallen ist und sie immer wieder neu gestartet werden musste. Vor allem, wenn im kleinen Haus geduscht wurde, ist das relativ häufig passiert und dann musste im Haupthaus immer jemand anwesend sein, um die Pumpe neu zu starten.
