Welcome to this house with magnificent views on the outskirts of s'Horta. It is prepared for 6 persons.
The fabulous outdoor area counts with a 5mx10m chlorine pool (steeps up slowly from 0,80-2m), 6 sun beds, 2 well furnished porches, a barbeque and spectacular views.
The 257m2 house is all ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub, and 2 with two individual beds each. On request, there is a baby bed and a high chair available. There is a guest toilet and another bathroom, for general use, with shower and bath tub.
The cosy living- and dining room counts with 2 sofas, a satellite TV, a fireplace and a large window from which to enjoy the spectacular views. There is a dining table with chairs. The independent kitchen works with gas and counts with all necessaary utensils to prepare a wonderful family dinner during your stay. You will also find a washing machine and an iron and ironing board.
The whole house and its' surroundings breath peace and tranquility. It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in nature surroundings. The house is situated at only 2km from s'Horta, where you will find basic products for your holiday. Within 15 minutes by car, you reach the beautiful sandy beaches of the Natural Parc Mondragó, or the long, famous beach of Es Trenc, in 20 minutes. The well-known turistic village of Cala d'Or is only 6km away. It offers a wide range of activities, shops and restaurants. The golf course of Vall d'Or is only 4,5km away.
Pets are not allowed.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
- Please do not turn on all electrical appliances at the same time in order to overcharge electric network.
- Please, remember to turn off the lights when leaving the house.
- Please use the drying rack in order to hang up the towels and do not hang up them over the balcony railing.
- Please do not deposit hot pans or pots on any place other than the cooktop.- Do not leave food outside cabinets or refrigerators in order to avoid insects inside the house.
- Do NOT eat outside cabinets or refrigerators to avoid attracting insects inside.
- Please, do not smoke inside the accommodation.
