Welcome to this stunning rural villa with private pool in Inca. It has capacity for 8 people.
The exterior of the property offers a wonderful chlorine pool that measures 8.5 x 4.5 meters and has a depth between 0.9 and 1.8 meters. You can also bask in the sun on the sun loungers and enjoy a delicious barbecue on the porch. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The two-storey house is perfectly equipped to fully enjoy your vacation. A large kitchen-dining room with lots of light, AC, TV-sat, fireplace and ceramic hob will be the center for family meetings . On the same main floor you have the first of the bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. The rest of the bedrooms are on the first floor, 2 of them with a double bed each, and the other 2 with twin beds. All bedrooms have AC. On this floor there are also 2 bathrooms with a bathtub each. The equipment is completed by a cot and a high chair for your baby as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located in the municipality of Inca, although the closest town is Llubí, where you will find the basic services for your stay such as a supermarket, bars and restaurants. The rest of the services are found a few kilometers further in Inca. The closest beach is Puerto de Alcúdia, but the truth is that the central location of the house is perfect for touring the island and discovering beautiful and surprising places such as the Sierra de Tramuntana, the city of Palma de Mallorca, or the east coast and its beautiful coves and beaches such as Cala Mondragó.
