Welcome to this wonderful countryside house, at the outskirts of Inca, disposes a big salt swimming pool and will make 8 guests feel like at home.
This wonderful rustic villa disposes of a salt 9x3m with a depth ranging that goes from 0.70m to 1.80m, and an external shower, ideal for after a nice swim. Beside there is a big terrace, with a barbecue area, where you can prepare nice meals with your dear ones or relax having a drink. The property is completely private, without direct neighbours.

The house is divided in two floors, and disposes of four bedrooms with air conditioning and wardrobes, and two bathrooms with a shower. At the ground floor, there is a comfortable living-room with air conditioning and direct access to a closed porch, ideal for watching a DVD or the satellite TV. The equipped vitro hub kitchen is separated by an original glass wall that makes it so special. You will also find at this floor two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with a truckle bed and an studio space. There is also a common bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the house disposes of another two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bunk bed, and another one has a double bed. You will also find a bathroom with a shower at this floor as well. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair under request. The house disposes of a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.

The lovely property is located 2km from Inca city, where you will find all the necessary services you might need for your stay, like tapas bars and typical Majorcan restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. The place is also well known by the quality of its leather shops and the traditional market, which takes place every Thursday, from more than seven centuries. We recommend a trip to Santa Magdalena chapel and its lovely viewpoint, to Lluc monastery or the unforgettable Sa Calobra beach. Only 20-30 minutes driving separate you from Puerto de Alcúdia crystallized water beach, or some little coves like la Victoria or Cala Sant Joan.
