In the rear of the house, there is a fantastic 40m2 furnished terrace where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your loved ones. This area is covered by a thatched pergola with vegetation which creates a unique and special atmosphere. Right there you will find a fixed barbecue on which to surprise your guests with your fantastic culinary creations. In this property you will enjoy complete privacy and room to park 3 vehicles.

Upon entering the property through the front porch, you will find the living room of the house, where you can enjoy watching satellite television, a DVD movie or listening to music. The furnished dining room and the kitchen are in the same room. The kitchen is ideal and offers you everything you need to prepare your best recipes, including electric stove. This house has a separate laundry room where you have access to 1 washing machine, 1 iron, and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 4 bedrooms: 3 with 1 double bed, and the 4th with 1 bunk bed. 3 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the master bedroom with in suite bathroom is located on the 1st floor. There are a total of 2 bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor with shower and another on the 1st floor with bathtub and in suite. The Sementer of Molinet country house is in a privileged area at the foot of Puig Tomir, one of the highest peaks of Mallorca and in the natural area of the Tramuntana mountain range, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Besides being a quiet rural area in the middle of the mountains, it also gives outdoor adventure lovers the chance to go climbing or mountain biking. Pollença is 6 km. away and is one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca. Pollença invites you to enjoy summer nights visiting its historical monuments, narrow streets and ancient customs. There are also classical music concerts, art exhibitions, bars, shops and restaurants with terraces in the bustling town square. Some of the important monuments of Pollença are the Roman bridge and the Calvary, which has the Via Crucis and is of special interest for its long staircase leading up the hill of Calvary, formed by 365 steps from where you can see the great views of Pollença and its bay.

In only 10 minutes by car you can get to the areas of Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Formentor, with its soft white sand beaches and crystal clear shallow waters, which are ideal for children. You can experience different water activities such as sailing, kayaking, diving and fishing, among others available to you. Pollença and Port de Pollença offer endless shops with different local and artisanal products, and their respective local markets, held on Sundays at Pollença and on Wednesdays in the Port, in its main square and vicinity. On the other hand, from this house you can access the road that goes along the Tramuntana mountain range, which offers spectacular scenery overlooking the sea and mountains; there you can access the famous monastery of Lluc and the beautiful villages of Fornalutx, Deia, Soller and Valldemossa.
