This beautiful house amid the fields of Artà, with a great private pool and surrounded by a beautiful garden, welcomes 7 guests.
This wonderful villa offers marvellous corners where you will spend a dream-like stay. The green garden is surrounded by plants, trees and flowers as well as a great terrace which is perfectly furnished with 7 sun loungers and a barbecue area where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. You also can relax in other corners maybe enjoying a coffee or tea and a good reading. However, the best of it all is the beautiful chlorine pool sizing 7 x 4 metres and with a water depth that goes from 0.8 to 1.6 metres. There's an exterior shower. Privacy is partial since there are neighbours around.
This accommodation features two buildings. The two-storey main house surprises due the special and rustic decoration. You will find a beautiful dining area, open to the kitchen, when you enter. This is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and all you need to cook. Then, there are three bedrooms, all with a closet and a fan. One has a single bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; the second one presents twin beds; and the last one offers a double bed. If you are travelling with your baby, we will prepare a cot and a high chair. An independent bathroom with a tub completes the house. The first floor accommodates the living room with a natural stone wall and a dining area with exit to the outside. The wood stove is perfect to warm out in the winter and to create the perfect atmosphere to watch a film in the satellite TV channels. In addition, the house is equipped with central heating. The little attached house offers a hall together with a bedroom with a double bed and direct exit to the garden. Outside you will find a toilet and the laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The property is located in a quiet and idyllic environment surrounded by the Levante mountains. Those who love exercising outdoors and the beach will find here their second home since the golf course of Capdepera as well as the sandy beach of Son Moll or Canyamel are reachable in a 10 - 15 minutes drive. Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana and Cala Estreta are natural coves towards the north. Cala Ratjada highlights thanks to its day and night lively atmosphere. The promenade offers a great variety of restaurants and cafes and you will find shops and supermarkets in the town centre.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
