Welcome to Silvina! Enjoy your own piece of idyllic Majorcan countryside and discover the beauty and comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.

The accommodation consists of two floors. 3 of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, count with double beds, have access to the terrace and air conditioning. One of the other 2 bedrooms on the upper floor is equipped with 2 single beds. The other bed room has got 1 single bed. Both don't have air conditioning but we are pleased to supply fans. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and one with bad tub.

Every room; every detail and every item is perfectly integrated in the house and converts it in a sophisticated oasis of design and comfortableness. Sit down and relax; the light filled living area offers you a comfortable sofa to read a good book, surfing on the internet or watch television. (Satellite TV) Of course the living area also counts with an air conditioning system. The independent kitchen with its dining area offers you everything you may need for preparing your meals: a toaster, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, cutlery, dishwasher, kitchen appliances and a fridge. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. There are enough parking spaces for up to 5 cars in front of the house, but they are not covered. Pets are not allowed.

For your garden parties there is a mobile BBQ and a huge table with seats on the terrace. Take a refreshing dip in the salt water pool or just relax while your children are playing in the garden. The lawn has a size of about 500m2. The private pool has a size of 12 meters x 6 meters. Sure you will enjoy sunbathing by the pool on one of the 6 sun loungers - the perfect place for all the sun lovers, who are searching for a quiet and private place to enjoy the Majorcan sun. The pool counts also with a Jacuzzi. From the terrace you will enjoy nice views over the countryside up to the mountains.

In only 15 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipalities of Alcúdia or Pollença. The next big supermarket, a medical center (PAC not private), restaurants and bars are located in Sa Pobla, about 8 minutes driving by car.
