Wonderful villa, with private pool and capacity for 8 guests, situated in the countryside of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar.
Enjoy unforgettable days in the incomparable paradise that the exteriors of this house make up. It turns into a rest place due to the immense terrains, but the real jewel is its beautiful and cheerful garden, with a private chlorine pool, 10 x 4 m and 1.8 m deep, surrounded by artificial lawn, a space with 8 sun loungers and a fantastic porch to enjoy a tasty barbecue and a glass of wine in total privacy.
The house comprises two floors. On the main floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning and chimney, where you can eat and rest watching TV-SAT, listening to music or reading. You also have access to a Mallorcan kitchen with ceramic hob. The laundry provides you with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are four bedrooms featuring wardrobe and A/C. One of them is on the main floor and has a double bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with both a hydromassage bathtub and a shower. The rest of them are on the upper floor, one also boasting a double bed while the other two have two single beds. Two of these three dormitories have a shower en-suite bathroom as well. Moreover, there are two more bathrooms, one downstairs with shower and the other with bathtub upstairs. Two cots and two high chairs are also at your disposal. The house is acclimated with oil central heating.
The country setting invites to having long walks on foot or by bicycle. The property belongs to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, although the nearest village is Son Carrió, at 2.1 km away. There you can find a supermarket, bars, restaurants and much more. The closest beach is Cala Millor at 9 km and the golf course Vall d’Or is at only 12 km away.
From 9th November to 10th April, the heating is included to the price during 8 hours a day, from 07.00 to 09.30 am and from 18.30 pm to 00.00 am.
From 13th June to 18th September, the air conditioning is included to the price during 10 hours a day, from 09.00 pm to 07.00 am.
In case you prefer a different timetable to the mentioned above, both the heating as the air conditioning, you can ask for it. And if you would like having 24 hours or its use during another period of time, you must pay a supplement.
