Welcome to this lovely country house in Lloseta with private pool and capacity for 5 people.
This great house boasts a cosy and lovely exterior area. It includes a beautiful chlorine pool of 9 x 4 metres that has a water depth ranging from 1 to 2.10 metres. It is surrounded in part by a great lawn area an in part by stone terrace with up to 5 sun beds where you will bask in the sun with a just squeezed OJ in the morning and maybe a flute of champagne in the evening. The great furnished porch is perfect to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of your daily life while you enjoy a good reading or some music. Here you can enjoy a delicious dinner cooked on the barbecue. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. Please also note that the property is right next to the railroad track so you will hear the trains passing by.

The house offers a spacious room with AC that unifies two living rooms, the dining room and the kitchen. One of the sitting areas offers two comfy sofas where you can relax and chat with your loved ones, while the other features one sofa and satellite TV. The strong dining table is placed between the living areas and it has capacity for 5 people. Then, behind the bar where we have the TV-set you find the kitchen which is equipped with a gas stovetop, oven, large countertops and all you need to cook as if you were at home. The house has three bedrooms with a closet each and being two them air-conditioned. Two of the bedrooms come with twin beds and the last one has a double bed. A baby cot and a high chair also are available. Finally, there are two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower and en-suite.You will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board in one of them.

The villa is located 500 metres away from of Lloseta, a village well known for its famous cake called "Cardenal", don't miss it! The picturesque Biniamar is only 5 km distance, a little village of only 315 residents. You can also go to Inca, a town also 5 km away, ideal to go shopping, eat at a good typical restaurant called "cellers", or visit the traditional market every Thursday. You can also drive to wonderful villages like Valldemossa, Forlanutx or Sóller. The closest beach, Playa de Muro, is located 30 km up north although throughout the mountain range you can hit amazing coves like Cala Tuent or sa Calobra.

La terrasse est l’atout majeur de cette maison

La terrasse est l’atout majeur de cette maison, ombragée toute le journée et vaste, nous y avons passé la plupart du temps dans la maison. La piscine est plus grande qu’indiqué et l’eau très chaude. À notre arrivée la maison était parfaitement propre, les lits faits avec des serviettes de toilettes sur les lits. Les propriétaires étaient là, nous avons relevé le compteur ensemble à l’arrivée et au départ (38€ pour 9 nuits à 5 sans utiliser la climatisation) Ils sont très gentils et prévenants. Ils ne passent qu’une fois par semaine pour remettre du chlore dans la piscine. Néanmoins, le train passe à 10m du terrain, c’est assez bruyant mais on s’y habitue vite. Il faudrait plus de couverts dans la cuisine et des couteaux aiguisés seraient un plus.

The place was larger and nicer than the photos indicated

The place was larger and nicer than the photos indicated. Was in a nice secluded location, which has narrow roads to get to if you’re driving. The place is situated next to a railway track, however the train do not seem to run all night, and we quickly became used to this. Our advice would be take mosquito repellent with you as we had a lot of mosquitoes! There was no local information/tips available so we struggled to know where to put the rubbish etc.. but the place especially the pool was lovely!
