Beautiful country manor with excellent mountain views located in Caimari, a charming village in the Sierra de Tramuntana. It can accommodate up to 8+4 people.
This beautiful finca counts with a salt pool of 12m x 4m and depth of 0.8m - 2.0 m. Next to the pool there is a paved area with 10 loungers and 2 parasols, where you can sunbathe and a small viewpoint where you can relax watching the spectacular views of the Sierra. There is a fully furnished porch so you can enjoy a magnificent evening with friends and family or cook meat and vegetables roasted in the barbecue. The plot is fenced.

The house of about 400 m2 is distributed on one floor, and has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two bedrooms with two single beds are sharing an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have one double bed each, en suite bathroom with bathtub and shared shower and two more rooms features two single beds with en suite shared bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. For the smallest guests we will provide a cot and highchair free of charge and upon request. There is one outside bathroom with shower.

The living room is open to the dining room, and it is equipped with 3 comfortable sofas and 4 armchairs, TV-Sat, air conditioning and a dining table with chairs. The independent and modern kitchen with ceramic hob, and has all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In addition, the house is equipped with central heating.

Caimari is a small village in the Sierra de Tramuntana, of only about 750 inhabitants, mostly local people. Every Monday takes place a market in the town square of local artisan products of Mallorca. From Caimari you can do many hiking trails through the Sierra, in the same village you will find the different signs for hiking to Lluc, Massanella, Sa Rateta and many more. In addition, about 9km away is the town of Inca, famous for its Mallorcan restaurants "Cellers" and also ideal for shopping. In 30 minutes by car, you can reach the north coast and enjoy its magnificent beaches such as Puerto de Alcudia or Playas de Muro.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
